Make clear ice by freezing from the top down. But if that's the case, why aren't regular ice cubes clear at the top? Maybe they are, when you look closely at the "dirty" ice cubes near the beginning.
I had no idea it was so easy. (I thought it had to do with water quality, or filtration, or freezing thin layers or something.)
