Thule Hullavator - Product Reviews

This intriguing contraption allows you to load kayaks onto an overhead vehicle roof (the one I saw was a 9-foot high camper) with double-folding arms that hoist it up for you.

  1. SWATH (small waterplane area twin hull) is an intriguing boat design in effect floating a boat on top of a semi-submerged submarine. The lower hull cuts through the waves at a constant depth, the boat rides smooth and level cutting through the waves.
I thought of this years ago. Its advantage was the lower hull cuts through the water, keeping steady, and unrocked by the surface waves. -TNE
